Refund policy

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we are happy to accept returns for items postmarked within seven (7) business days of receipt of your package. Products must be in their original packaging with tags attached and in the same condition they were received. Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or washed will not be accepted. Please include your packing slip with your return. Seasonal products and items marked final sale do not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.

You may return online orders to us by mail and you will be responsible for the postage or freight cost. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. The actual cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from the refund owed to you. Please allow seven business days for your return to be processed. 

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method and may take up to ten business days for your financial institution to process.

Exchanges: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or would like to exchange for a different size, we are happy to exchange the item as long as the need for an exchange is communicated within seven business days of receipt of your package.
